Apple Brickle Dip

1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag engish toffee chips
3-5 apples of your choice cut up(I like granny smith with this)

Mix cream cheese, sugars and vanilla together. Fold in toffee chips and enjoy!
