Ingredients
• 3 C. cooked rice
• 10-oz. pkg. spinach, thawed and squeezed
• 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 C. onion, chopped
• 1 Tab. butter
• 2 tsp. salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and bake 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated.
