Spinach Salad

Salad dressing:

1/2 c. olive oil

1/4 c. red wine vinegar

1/4 c. sugar

1 T. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper


*Use with salad of baby spinach leaves, bacon (I used Turkey bacon), hard boiled eggs (sliced) and red onions (sliced and optional).
