Mozzarella Caprese

Ripe Beefsteak Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Salt
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Slice tomatoes and mozzarella and layer on top of each other. Salt to taste. Add chopped basil and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Serve with spongy italian bread.
